We are proactively building a talent pipeline of Senior Business Analysts to support upcoming projects across banking, healthcare, retail, and technology sectors. This role is ideal for professionals who can translate business needs into technical solutions, drive process improvements, and influence project strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst across multiple domains.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, process modeling, and gap analysis.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong capability in drafting high-quality functional specifications.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and systems analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate both business and technical contexts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exposure to digital transformation, ERP systems, or CRM platforms.
