We are proactively building our talent pool of Senior AI/ML Engineers to support upcoming projects across banking, healthcare, retail, and investment sectors. These roles are designed for professionals with strong technical expertise and the ability to design, build, and lead AI/ML solutions that drive business value and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java with expertise in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Proficiency with data processing and pipeline tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD).
• Strong understanding of data security, governance, and ethical AI principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
• Domain knowledge in banking, healthcare, retail, or other data-intensive industries.
• Contribution to research, open-source projects, or publications.
