Pipeline – Project Manager

We are proactively building a network of experienced Project Managers to support upcoming initiatives across banking, healthcare, retail, and investment sectors. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering strategic outcomes within Agile or hybrid project environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in project management across multiple industries.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Excellent risk management, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master/PMI-ACP).
• Experience with Quality Center, Xray, or other collaboration/test tools for integrated delivery environments.
• Domain knowledge in banking, healthcare, or retail project landscapes.
