We are proactively sourcing Senior Software Testers and QA Leads to join our network for strategic, high-impact projects across banking, healthcare, retail, and investment domains. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for ensuring quality, precision, and seamless user experiences within Agile environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in software testing, QA, and leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution.
• Strong hands-on skills in manual and automation testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of Confluence, Quality Center, Xray, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable:

• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud testing environments and performance testing at scale.
• Experience leading testing in regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare).
